PIHA’s “TIGHT FIT PE LINING”
process is suitable for workshop lined spools such as straight lengths, bends, tees and junctions.
Any straight length can be lined up to 18.0m in length at our workshop.
PIHA
are the only company in the world who currently direct inject steel tees with PE liner and can line sweep bends using our “TIGHT FIT PE LINING
” process. Bends are now available in all angles up to 90 degrees and at ratio's of 1.5D, 3D and 5D.
In a recent project to replace a high pressure pipeline carrying raffinate, steel bends of 30°, 45° and 90° along with wafer tee sections, equal tee sections and straight flanged sections up to 18 metres in length were easily lined
by PIHA
in our workshop.
